Terms of service
Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between the online shop, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and its customers, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”. The version of these Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The Seller’s offers in the online shop are non-binding and subject to change.
2.2 The contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the offer in the online shop by submitting the order.
2.3 The Seller is entitled to accept the Customer’s offer within 14 days. Acceptance takes place by dispatching the ordered goods.
Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 The prices valid at the time of the order shall apply.
3.2 Payment is made in advance or by credit card.
3.3 In the case of payment in advance, the Customer is obliged to transfer the invoice amount within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation.
Delivery
4.1 Delivery within Switzerland is carried out by Swiss Post or another shipping service provider.
4.2 The delivery period is usually 2–3 working days from dispatch of the goods.
4.3 If an item is not available, the Customer will be informed immediately. If delivery of an ordered item is permanently impossible, the contract shall be cancelled with regard to this item.
Right of Withdrawal
5.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post, fax, or email.
5.3 The return of the goods is at the Customer’s expense and risk.
Warranty and Liability
6.1 The Seller warrants that the delivered goods are free from defects.
6.2 The Customer must report obvious defects in writing within two weeks of receiving the goods.
6.3 The Seller’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Data Protection
7.1 The Seller collects and processes the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of processing the order.
7.2 The Customer has the right to obtain information about their stored data and, where applicable, to have it corrected or deleted.
Final Provisions
8.1 The law of the Swiss Confederation shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3 The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer shall be the Seller’s registered office, provided that the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
