Founded by designer Kristina Thaden, the designs move between architecture, sculpture, and movement. Inspired by the Japanese concept of "Ma," a design language emerges that creates tension through volume and emptiness simultaneously – clear, precise, and sculptural.
Each bag is handcrafted and shaped through an elaborate process, developing its form in a precise interplay of material, construction, and technique. The complex, three-dimensional silhouettes demand the utmost artisanal care and a keen sense of proportion.
Crafted in close collaboration with specialized ateliers, the designs combine traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary understanding of form and function. High-quality materials and the meticulous execution of every detail give the pieces their unique depth and durability.
This results in modern objects that bridge the gap between function and art – consciously designed and, not least due to their presence in the cult series Emily in Paris, have gained international recognition.
