MAISON GASSMANN – founded in 1882, is the destination for a curated selection of fashion, elegance, and style in Zurich. In addition to the multi-brand boutique for women in the immediate vicinity of Paradeplatz, our traditional family business also includes the children's boutique Ballon Rouge on Kuttelgasse. Since 2019, we have also been operating the Talbot Runhof Boutique on Schipfe together with our business partners from Munich.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Deputy Sales Manager (100%, m/f/d) as of February 2026 or by arrangement.
who will support our sales manager and take on responsibility with charm, professionalism, and joy.
Your main tasks:
In this role, you will advise our customers personally, with style and a great deal of intuition for individual wishes. You will ensure an inspiring shopping experience and cultivate your regular customers as naturally as you build new contacts. Together with the sales manager, you will actively shape the processes in the store, take responsibility in her absence and contribute your ideas to merchandise presentation, assortment management and organization.
What you bring:
We are looking for an open, motivated, success-oriented personality with a passion for fashion, trends, excellent service and an existing network of contacts. Several years of sales experience - ideally in the premium or luxury segment - are an advantage. You convince with charm, professionalism and a confident demeanor, are reliable and enjoy taking on responsibility. You love dealing with national and international customers, are responsible and are not afraid to actively get involved. Very good German and English language skills are a prerequisite; any additional language would also be a great bonus.
