As a Retail Professional EFZ specializing in Designing Shopping Experiences, you will complete a versatile, three-year sales apprenticeship with us. You will acquire in-depth expertise in handling high-quality products and gain exciting insights behind the scenes – from merchandise management to marketing and purchasing. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the entire retail chain and show you how a modern boutique operates. Our management, marketing, purchasing, and accounting departments are just a few minutes' walk from the store – ensuring short distances, open doors, and strong collaboration.
As part of our team, you will be in direct contact with our customers. You will learn to advise with style, creatively design sales areas, and respond to individual wishes with sensitivity. We are particularly proud of our in-house tailoring atelier, where you can observe how craftsmanship makes fashion even more special.
During your apprenticeship, you will not only work at MAISON GASSMANN but also at our children's boutique BALLON ROUGE. There, you will gain additional experience in dealing with families and their special needs.
