Akris wurde 1922 von Alice Kriemler-Schoch in St. Gallen, als Atelier für Schürzen gegründet. Schon bald kleidete Alice die stilvollsten Frauen der Region ein und verwendete dabei ausschliesslich einheimische Stoffe, viele davon Stickerei. Bis heute steht das Schweizer Label für hochwertige Stoffe, geometrische Schnitte und einzigartige Stickereien. Akris ist bei Maison Gassmann in Zürich sowie im Onlineshop erhältlich.
