Shipping is from our boutique at Poststrasse 3 in 8001 Zurich and is usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. On Sundays and public holidays, longer processing times may occur. For orders within Switzerland with an order value of CHF 200.– or more, we offer free shipping. For international deliveries, shipping costs apply, and depending on the destination country, customs duties may also arise.
Retouren
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer; a corresponding return form is included with the shipment for this purpose. Alternatively, products can be returned free of charge to our boutique at Poststrasse 3 in 8001 Zurich. No restocking fee will be charged. Sale items are excluded from exchange and return.
